Job Description

Qualification

  • Work closely with Designers, Process and Foundry, Marketing and Test Engineering teams in all aspects of PE from product inception to production release and sustaining.
  • Monitor and maintain product yield above company’s standard yield target. Solve chronic yield issues by looking into historical volume production data, manufacturing tool and process commonality and product design and layout.
  • Develop and enable an engineering plan to improve production processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production flow, optimize efficiency and improve product quality.
